Rebecca Wenglinski
Founder & CEO
Rebecca Wenglinski is a seasoned business development leader, credentialed coach, and consultant to the professional services industry. For over two decades, she has built strategic relationships across Michigan and nationwide with legal, accounting, corporate, non-profit, and government organizations.
Her expertise lies in helping professionals build meaningful connections that fuel growth. With a natural ability to simplify business development and marketing, Rebecca equips attorneys, accountants, and executives to overcome roadblocks, sharpen their skills, and confidently generate new opportunities.
Experience Highlights

Provided business development consulting for two national legal marketing agencies, supporting client growth and retention initiatives

Held in-house marketing and business development roles at a mid-size Detroit law firm and an AmLaw 200 firm

Supported economic development efforts for the State of Michigan and Oakland County, promoting business investment and expansion

Led fundraising and marketing initiatives for one of Detroit’s oldest nonprofit organizations, strengthening community impact and donor engagement
Outside of work, Rebecca is an avid golfer, registered yoga teacher, and certified health coach. She enjoys spending time with her partner and three stepchildren.
Jonathon Younkman
VP Operations & Analytics
Jonathon Younkman provides strategic oversight and operational expertise as Lotus’s Fractional Vice President of Finance and Operations. With a strong background in business strategy and organizational management, Jonathon ensures that Lotus runs efficiently and that clients receive seamless support.
His role focuses on aligning internal processes with growth objectives, safeguarding both operational effectiveness and financial health. By fostering a cohesive structure, Jonathon empowers Lotus to deliver comprehensive client service—from strategic planning and marketing execution to operational management.
When he’s not driving results for clients, Jonathon can often be found on the golf course—his preferred setting for a great conversation.

Senior Marketing Coordinator
Hannah Werthan is a skilled marketing professional with deep expertise in content development, digital strategy, and social media engagement. She has helped organizations enhance visibility and connect with audiences through clear, compelling messaging that drives measurable results.
Her experience spans multiple sectors: leading firmwide social media strategy and attorney coaching at a mid-size law firm, serving as Social Media Manager at a college, and working as Associate Social Media Editor for a national publication. Each role sharpened her editorial skills and ability to build large-scale engagement.
At Lotus, Hannah develops content, manages campaigns, and coordinates events—always ensuring brand consistency and a results-oriented approach. Outside of work, she volunteers in her community as a school leader and Girl Scout troop mentor.

Marketing Manager
Amanda Wetsel plays a pivotal role in helping Lotus clients reach their marketing goals through content creation, social media management, event coordination, and business development strategy. She is known for balancing complex projects with ease and bringing fresh perspectives that elevate client marketing efforts.
Her professional background spans digital marketing, project management, event planning, and business administration. Most recently, she served as the sole marketer for a mid-size Texas law firm, where she worked closely with firm leadership to boost visibility and drive growth.
Amanda lives in Texas with her husband and daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, organizing her home, staying active, and spending time with family.

Marketing Manager
Olivia Prusinowski is a brand and digital designer who focuses on creating cohesive visual identities and intuitive web experiences. She brings a strong foundation in typography, layout design, and design systems, helping organizations communicate with clarity and consistency across digital and print touchpoints.
Her experience spans healthcare, professional services, retail, and community-focused organizations with an emphasis on visual clarity, usability, and brand cohesion. She has led full rebrands, designed responsive websites, and developed integrated collateral systems that strengthen brand presence and tell a clearer, more intentional story.
Outside of design, she enjoys thrifting, hiking, and reading classic literature.
